RECEIVE DEAL
Once you have subscribed to our mailing list, our property deals will be delivered to your inbox at the same time as everybody else.
Our emails will be structured with outline details of the property deal and instructions of how to proceed.
SUBMIT INTEREST
If you are interested in a property deal we sent you, follow the instructions on the email to get in touch for more information.
We will then make contact and run through the deal with you, discussing images, the figures and property details.
SECURE
Let us know if you would like to proceed and we will send you an email with a link to review and sign our terms, along with an invoice for the reservation fee.
Remember, the deal is still available to other investors until the reservation fee is paid and the property has been reserved.
PROCEED
Once you have reserved the property, we will then send you an email disclosing full details of the property and the deal.
We will contact the agent/seller notifying them of the buyer and forward them your details.
You can then proceed with the purchase yourself or discuss with us our project management options.
